Initial Consultation Agreement
The Initial Consultation Agreement will be made at your booking date between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Jayvee Olfindo (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R711813 and you (as the “Client”) for the purpose of consulting your best immigration options based on your current profile or consulting your concerns that are related to Canada immigration acts and regulations.
The Client is obliged to pay a fee which is stated on the booking page.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province / Territory of Saskatchewan, where the RCIC is currently based, and by the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that Jayvee Olfindo is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics and Regulations.
ZT Canada collects and uses your personal information to respond to your requests for information, products and services. Unless we have your written or verbal consent, your personal information will only be used and shared within ZT Canada staff and contracted representatives, solely for the purpose of enhancing the analysis of your case, providing you with customised product and services and the fulfilment of your request. For example, in order to provide you with the best possible assessment of your profile for Canada Immigration, Citizenship, Visa and Permit applications, we will need your information about your personal profile, work experience, education, further personal information about your health and financial status, your contact information. There may be instances where ZT Canada needs further information about your profile as required to assess your case.
Upon purchase of any of our services, if you are not satisfied with our deliveries, we will give you the opportunity to share your feedback with us, and we will renegotiate to fulfil our gap. If the issue is due to our fault or any fault of ZT Canada staff and legal partners, we will refund the amount limited to the net amount that we received from your payment. We have a no-refund policy for those that have been worked on already by ZT Canada staff and legal partners, if there is no error or omission on ZT Canada’s part.
