In September 2020, Quebec conducted the largest expression of Interest daw issuing a total of 365 Invitations.

Candidates who were invited had an account on the Arrima Portal which is the online portal for expressions of interest from foreign nationals interested in immigrating to Quebec under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.

Moreover, candidates who were invited were from the following categories:

1. Applicants who had a valid job offer from an employer

2. Applicants who were in Quebec as a consular officer, a diplomatic agent, a representative or a duly accredited official of a foreign country or of the United Nations.

3. Applicants who were considered to contribute to the livelihood, prosperity and success of Quebec

Now, the question is, how would you know if you get the invitation once the province conducts the next EOI draw? No worries, feel free to watch the video below as I explain the complete step-by-step process. At the end of the video, you should be able to create a profile on the Arrima Portal if you haven’t done so.
